Pale straw in colour with floral perfumes of ripe honeydew melons with a citrus blossum lift. A textured palate with layers of ripe melons and delicate muscat characters balanced with good acidity providig length. The finish is dry. Alcohol 10.3 %.
2009 Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon

2009 Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon : Deep purple in colour with a nose of blackberry, sweet oak and dried spice. On the palate strong dusty tannins with rich full flavours of blackcurrant and tomato bush. Sixteen months in French and American oak have delivered a complex wine with great tannin structure and plush sweetness.

The 2008 Vindouce is straw yellow in colour and has a concentrated nose of apricot, honey and orange zest with hints of almond. A luscious palate with rich fruit flaviours balanced by zesty acdiity with a clean persistent finish. Alcohol 9.3%. Volume 375ml
2007 Paul Alexander Old Vines Shiraz
$45 per bottle - $540 per case.
A classic Hunter Shiraz fermented on the skins at between 18 - 25 degree celcius for seven days, then allowed to mature for nineteen months in 30 % new French and selected American oak. the colour is ruby red. The nose is earthy with nutmeg and pepper notes with dark berries and plums. The palate, medium bodied and spicy with fleshy ripe fruits and a elegant long finish. Alchohol 13.2%

This classic Hunter Semillon, pale straw in colour, has a nose of melons and a citrus blosson lift.
On the palate intense citrus notes harmonise with a zesty sherbet finish. Delicate grassy notes and passionfruit give a rounded and flavoursome palate structured over a seamless acid backbone. Alcohol 10.8%
